Sam Surfus is a seasoned veteran of the residential real estate business in Georgia.  He has had a vast amount of experience, selling in Coweta, Fayette and many other surrounding counties.  As a result of this experience, Sam has received numerous prestigious awards from the companies and organizations he has worked with.  A few examples area:  7 times Top Agent for various offices, Man Of The Year for a company with 13 offices, Sam was #45 in all of America for 2010 with over 200 sales, member of ReMax’s Hall of Fame, Silver Phoenix Award member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, further, he has earned the coveted “Atlanta top 100” 5 years in a row.

He is a member of the Newnan Coweta Board of Realtors.  He has been married to his wife Kina for over 54 years and she has helped him tremendously in his real estate career. They have 4 wonderful children and 7 grown grandchildren.  In addition to English, Sam is fluent in Dutch and speaks some German.
